The Child Education and Rehabilitation Organization (ERCO) focuses on capacity development and health awareness to empower young individuals and the community at large. Through a variety of specialized programs, CERO aims to enhance leadership and managerial skills, fostering the growth of capable and confident leaders of the future. These initiatives are designed to build the competencies necessary for effective decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving in both personal and professional settings. In addition to enhancing skills, ERCO conducts health awareness sessions that address critical health issues, including disaster preparedness, breast cancer prevention, and other key health concerns. These sessions aim to educate participants on the importance of preventive measures, promote healthier lifestyles, and enhance the community’s ability to respond to health challenges effectively. By integrating capacity development with health awareness, ERCO works to create well-rounded individuals who are equipped not only with leadership and managerial capabilities but also with the knowledge and tools necessary to lead healthier and more informed lives.

Through the Youth & Girls 18+ service, individuals receive personalized support and career advice to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. No matter what their area of interest, participants can find the resources and guidance they need to grow and thrive.
